📌 Studio Policies

Recording Sessions

* Sessions are priced per song, not per hour.
* Projects totaling over $200 will be billed hourly.
* Mixing and mastering are included with your recording session.
* We do not provide vocal presets, FL Studio templates, or project/session files. We take pride in maintaining our signature sound.

Remix Sessions

* Remix sessions are for mixing only.
* Any additional vocals, punch-ins, or re-recorded lines are $10 per vocal addition.

Beat Pricing

* Standard Beat License: $25 (Limited-Time Offer)
* Exclusive Rights: $250

Payment Policy

* Payment is due upon arrival for your scheduled session.
* Finished songs will not be released until payment has been received in full.

Booking

* Complete the booking application to reserve your studio slot.
* A member of our team will contact you after your appointment has been submitted.
* Please allow approximately 15–20 minutes for a confirmation response after booking.

Refund Policy

* All sales are final. No refunds.
* Due to payment processing timelines, we are unable to issue refunds.
* If necessary, we will gladly reschedule your session to a date and time that works best for you.

Studio Booking @NHOstudios

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Must be ON TIME. We are VERY BIG on Time Managment with artist. The engineer will not wait on your session if the communication was not successful or delayed. 

No fighting or rough housing in the studio during after or before sessions. Equipment is very valuable.
If anything damaged in the studio you will have the payment on spot. If anything wrong please contact the engineer…

Sorry but only certain sessions are allowed more than 2-3 guests. We don’t do deep sessions so please respect the guest rule!

Payment is a BIG DEAL we want our staff to feel respected and safe. If client has No Payment then NO FILE WILL BE SENT!!! Unless it’s negotiable. If you have over used this negotiation rule then the ENGINEER will NOT SEND YOU A FILE!!! To get an Unfinished file then you must pay the Fee… which is $20-30 depending on the session you were booked for and the amount of tracks not done…

YOU MUST STAY IN YOUR SESSION… there is no loitering or repetitive in and out of the recording room… roaming around the location will get you banned… we are big on our locations safety and privacy. 

Our studio is under 24hr surveillance in every room making sure our work environment stays safe!!!


NO CALL NO SHOW!!!
If you book and don’t show, u will automatically be giving a strike! 2 strikes you are no longer available to book!!, until next season!!!! This is an issue we been having lately.  By booking you are reserving your studio  time, BE MINDFUL you are not the only artist who wants to record… You must contact the engineer if you want to cancel or move a date… So another artist can book!!!!!  THE ENGINEER MUST KNOW in order to keep work flow and management stable… WE ARE BIG ON THIS!!!!!
