Sundays is available for VIP only so there will be an additional non-refundable $45 VIP service charge for this service if I'm needed on this day between 2-6pm. There’s also a $45 VIP charge to get an appointment after business hours. Sundays are only open on calendar so it can be booked for this reason, but you will need to contact me directly via text or call for the after business hours needs! IF THERES A DATE AND TIME YOU WILL LIKE TO BOOK AND ITS NOT  AVAILABLE, PLEASE SEND ME A TEXT TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY CANCELLATIONS BECAUSE DATES  BECOME OPEN AT THE LAST MINUTE AND ITS NOT ALWAYS UPDATED ON THE SITE IMMEDIATELY!!!

Non-refundable deposits are required to secure appointments. Traveling fees are also non-refundable and must be paid to secure appointment. For your convenience we accept payments via CASH APP at $SNALLLC. ON THE FOR LINE PLEASE PUT YOUR NAME SERVICES AND APPOINTMENT TIME AND DATE! I also accept Venmo payments @KSBrown82 (OR) Kari Brown.
There will be absolutely no refunds once you walk out our salon door so if you are not happy address it and we will do our best to correct the mistake. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, within 24 hours of schedule appointment time, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled appointment. If cancelled less than 24 hours notice deposit will be lost. You will be required to pay the deposit over to reschedule. When you receive a service request there will not be any refunds, therefore, before you leave the facility  please address any concerns you find and we will do our best to make it right. Every appointment will have a 10 minutes grace period. After 10 minutes late there will be a $15 late fee added to your service.
After 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancel and your deposit will be forfeited. When you're late I'm late with the next client. It's not fair to the next client when I can't get to them on their scheduled time and they're on time. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
I will not work over somebody else's work so please come with nails removed, if the set you have wasn't done by me. This have been a real issue for me and for me to give a guarantee grace period for the retention time it have to be all my work. If I have to remove the nails done by another nail tech there will be an additional $25 nail removal fee or appointment will have to be rescheduled and the deposit will have to be repaid for the next appointment.
There will be NO extra guest and kids allowed when they're not being service.
For this reason there are no extra seating.
If you have to have at least 1 child they must stay seated in your sight at all times.
I will not be responsible for your child getting hurt or getting into anything to harm him/her! If your child break anything you will be responsible for covering the cost to repair and/or replace item!
