If you have not arrived after 10 minutes without notice, your appointment will be canceled and considered a No-Show.
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any No-Show or late cancellations within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
Deposits are non-refundable. If a deposit is paid for an appointment that is rescheduled within the appropriate timeframe, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. 
Deposits paid for appointments that are no-show or late canceled will be void. They may count toward the no-show fee at owner's discretion. A new deposit will be owed for new appointments.

Absolutely recommend! Shauna is beyond amazing - I opted for one of the luxury pedicures. She made me feel so comfortable, was detailed in application, gentle, very clean/sanitary, and my feet ended feeling so soft! Best pedicure I've ever had!!

In a little alcove with tiny fairie lights that twinkle I found the place for me. To check in, I love how I could just scan & fill out my name and then at my appointment time, Shauna pops out wearing the biggest smile and took me back to her space. Her creativity in how she presents color choice options, glitters and the freedom to text art I loved and how carefully she examined my choices, was flexible for changes and then duplicated the complexity was so amazing to me! Effortless focus! 

The waterless pedicure is wonderful. The hot wax and the warm pink boots , very relaxing. My nails , always pretty.
