Sparkle Beauty By Mel

Clients of Sparkle Beauty By Mel can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the start time at no cost. All deposits are non refundable but if cancelled outside of the 48 hours, can be transferable to a future appointment.  If cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in payment of 100% of the appointment. No shows will be charged for the full appointment. Late arrivals will have their appointment time reduced, but full payment is still required. Excessive lateness may result in rescheduling and payment for a new appointment as well as payment for missed appointment.  No children or extra guests allowed without prior permission from me.  
Complaints must be made within 24 hours. Refunds are not offered, contact Sparkle
Beauty for any treatment issues. Lash fallouts must be reported within 24 hours for a possible fix if identified as fault by Sparkle Beauty. Fixes must be done within 3 days.

Mel is absolutely lovely. The whole thing was really relaxed. I suffer with anxiety but mel put me completely at ease.  The treatment bed was so comfortable and didn't cause back ache like some.
