🚦PLEASE have your hair detangled, Yes I will shampoo you, if your hair is in a previous style you will be asked to take it down. If not will result in a fee $25 depending on the severity

🚦PLEASE DO NOT rush the process. I take pride in my work therefore the service will take as long as need to complete with satisfaction for both the client and myself. ( plan ahead book ahead)

🛑Any service added on the day of appointment will be charged double the amount of the added on service. { example: client is sitting in the chair and asks for butt length priced at $25, but did not add on as a service will be charged $50)

❌Cancellation Fee: $50 (must cancel before 24hrs) 

🚫No call No Show: Owes the balance of previous unfufiled appointment.
⚠️Same Day/ Last minute Fee $50 - $100 ( Prices may vary based on the duration of the service.)
⏰ Late Policy ⏰
You have a 15-minute grace period to arrive for your appointment. If you arrive after the 15 minutes, a $50 late fee will be added to your service.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and marked as a no-show.
Once the $50 late fee is applied, the full remaining balance + late fee must be paid upfront before any services begin. No exceptions.

‼️DO NOT> Change your style while in the chair, what you booked is what you get. {Example: Book for knotless wants to change to softlocs...Etc}

First when it comes to service 1000+/10. Nobody likes to do the whole thing no more. I got my hair washed and blow dried and my scalp oiled! This is my 2nd time coming to Jasmine and when I say I LOVE the whole experience! I will definitely be returning!!
