A $10.00 deposit is required when scheduling an appointment online. This secures your spot with me, ensuring you’ll arrive to your appointment on time, and is non-refundable. This $10.00 will be taken off your appointment total once you arrive. My client's schedule is very important to me, + accepting a late appointment inconveniences the clients after you, as well as myself. I want to give each client my undivided attention, and I can’t do that if I am behind schedule. 

Please no children unless I say otherwise. There are dangerous chemicals as well as sharp equipment in my studio that could seriously injure them. This policy is for their safety.

If you do not show for your appointment, your $10.00 booking fee is used as compensation. That appointment remained empty instead of being filled by a client who may have wanted that time.

Refunds are not available. If you are unhappy with your service please reach out to me so I may rectify the situation.

If you are ill or symptomatic
please reschedule. No fee will be added. I will always try to work with you.

As always I do understand that life happens and some things simply cannot be helped. As I mentioned, I will always work with you the best I can to ensure you’re happy in every way! If no showing/canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment/being late becomes a pattern, we will discuss options on how to move forward.
