If you cancel your appointment 24hrs or less prior to your appointment, your deposit will be non - refundable:

No refunds. If you wish to be refunded I will happily offer you a new appointment to fix any issues.

When coming to your appointment please avoid wearing makeup or moisturisers as the oils within these products will effect the retention of your lashes and cause the bonds of the glue to break.
