By scheduling an appointment with Scruffy to Fluffy LLC, you agree to our policy regarding matting in pets. Dematting is a painful, time-consuming process that can be prevented with proper care. If your pet is severely matted to the point where we cannot complete a scheduled groom and must shave or alter the groom, a $100 fee will be applied. Please inform us in advance if your pet is severely matted to avoid this fee. 

Cancellation of appointments within 24 hours will result in a 25% charge of the groom before rescheduling. A second cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the non-cancelled groom and a 50% prepayment for the next groom at the time of scheduling. After a third cancellation, we may determine that our services are not the right fit for your needs and will no longer be able to serve as your groomer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

GROOMER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE to groom any pet for health
reasons, as well as reasons related to an inability to handle the pet safely. The use
of muzzles, e-collars, slings, and straps are acceptable safety measures. Should
the groomer deem it necessary to cease a grooming regime, you, as the client, will
only be billed for the portion completed.
