Appointments can be made online via our website or by calling 585-375-1253

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Venmo 

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid disrupting the schedule of other clients.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment, with a cancellation fee applied.

Services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy prior to your appointment.
We adhere to rigorous hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure your safety.
