Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48hours before start time , you need to book in patch tests prior to lash full sets, if you cancel/reschedule under 48 hours you are liable for the cost of the appointment, if this is not met you will not be able to book back in until the payment is paid 

I was looking for a Lash tech after my lash lady is no longer doing lashes.  I looked online for a new Lash tech and Steph came highly recommended.
I contacted Steph to see if she was taking on clients, she was very responsive and accommodating.  A Lash test was arranged & I had my first set done today.  I am thrilled with my lovely lashes.  Steph made me feel so comfortable made me feel at ease and very informative.  Look forward to going back.  I highly recommend Steph, a lovely lady.

10000% the best lash tech ever!!! My lashes always look really full and fluffy and last forever! Steph is amazing at what she does, always top quality lashes but aren’t laid there for hours on end!
