You begin with a short intake to note areas to address and set pressure preferences. Sessions run on schedule so you start and finish on time. Your therapist checks in during treatment, adjusts focus based on your feedback, and explains simple aftercare to support recovery. Appointments are easy to schedule. Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 15 hours before the appointment.

A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods are cash, pay id & eft.  CASH payments avoid any fees and surcharges.

Fee Surcharge if payed by card is 3.5%  plus 30cents per transaction. Once again Cash payment after service avoids all fees 🙏

Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their treatment.
