By booking an appointment with ROYAL STRANDS HAIR & SCALP THERAPY , you agree to our policy that deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule using the provided link, your deposit will be transferred to your new booking. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, or a $25 fee will be applied.  Thank you for your understanding.

Time after time, For every appointment, my experience is nothing less that fantastic. From the relaxing atmosphere, laughs, scalp massages, and styles....hands down  5 stars. Each and every time I go, I get so many compliments on not just the style but the healthiness of my hair as well, which is most important to me. 

Before I even scheduled my appointment, she personally responded to my text messages and returned my calls. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, and I immediately felt heard and understood. That level of care gave me the confidence I needed to go ahead and book the appointment.

If you’re looking for someone that knows hair Viada is the one!! Amazing experience from start to finish. The salon was clean, warm, and welcoming. The wash felt incredible, especially the scalp massage and aromatherapy — very old-school, luxury care.
