Carla pierced my daughter and niece's ears (both 10 y/o) she was patient and welcoming, really made both girls feel at ease. Highly recommended. 

I had an appointment with Carla today for 2 x helix piercings and also what was initially a embedded jewellery consultation (which turned into an extraction lol) and I truly couldn’t recommend anyone enough. This my 3rd or 4th visit and she is consistently thorough and gentle during each appointment and I will continue to go back because I trust her a lot with any piercing, which is a big statement when you’ve had a bad experience with another piercer in the past. I went to see Carla today to get my little girls ear pierced. She just turned 4 yesterday and has been desperate to get her ears pierced for ages. 

Carla was absolutely amazing with her, my little girl had gone a bit shy and quiet when it came time to get pierced but Carla introduced her to all of her teddies and made her feel at ease. 

Thanks so much Carla, we’ll be back for her 3 week check and I’ll definitely be recommending you to anyone looking for piercings!

Carla is great! Very chilled, friendly and informative. I love that she's got a selection of jewellery that I could choose before I got my piercing, not just a standard silver ball. She made sure to explain everything to me thoroughly and made sure I was happy with the placement of my new piercing. I barely had any pain or swelling so far which is great. That's where I'll be going from now on definately! 

Highly recommend Carla she was amazing with my Teen daughter getting her belly pierced. Put her at ease and made her feel less anxious and explained everything well. Thank you!

My experience was great today, felt really looked after by the staff when I was feeling faint after my piercing. The staff were very kind and you could tell they were very experienced at what they do. Would recommend this shop to anyone! 

Carla took time to understand exactly what I wanted and made some great suggestions to improve the design. Their attention to detail and precision were amazing.

This is our second visit. My daughter and I both got an industrial piercing, which we are both very happy with. Carla talked through the process and gave helpful advice for aftercare. Its been almost a week and everything is looking great. We will be back soon for another!

Attended today for my daughter’s lobe piercing and was a wonderful experience. Carla was so welcoming and fantastic with my daughter and niece throughout their piercings.

Carla made Grace feel comfortable,, Grace suffers from anxiety so  Carla explained what was going to happen all the way through getting her ears pierced so this made it easier for Grace ,and explained the after care, Grace will be back in 3 weeks just to make sure her ear piercing are OK.  Thankyou , shes delighted with her ear piercings 😁x

Great.  Quick and relatively painless. Carla was thorough, ensured I was happy with the placement and piercings and all done within 20 mins.

I brought my nine year old daughter to get her lobes pierced for the first time today.  Carla was great with her- very patient and explained everything. There were no tears and my girl is very happy!
I also got my daith pierced (I’d heard it was a painful piercing) and honestly I barely felt it! Great service, I’ll be back soon when I decide what my next piercing is! 

Carla explained everything clearly and did not rush the service. She made sure I was happy with what was happening throughout the appointment which made me feel comfortable and at ease.

 Carla offers aftercare with piercings and said to contact at any point if concerned. This provided reassurance.  Due to a total of 4 piercings we gained loyalty points and now are eligible for a 5th free of charge. Would definitely recommend.

Took my 16 year old daughter to Carla today for an industrial piercing. It was a positive experience. Carla has a very calm and reassuring manner. She was very thorough in taking my daughter through the steps she would carry out and in her aftercare advice. It was reassuring to know that Carla encouraged us to contact her with any questions as the piercing heals. I think it was also very reasonably priced. Booked my son in to get his ears pierced for the first time. Carla was brilliant with him. Would 100% recommend. 

I brought my daughter in to have her belly button pierced on her birthday.  She was really nervous but Carla was fantastic and really reassured her and even gave her Betsy the bat to comfort her. Her piercing is healing fantastic and she is already planning others. Thank you very much.

Carla explained every step to my daughter who has autism. She went slowly and let her feel and see each tool she used. She let her take her time to choose earrings and look on the mirror. Even giving her a teddy to hug at the pain part. Over in seconds and very smoothly done. Well done on your patience and understanding of what my girl needed. Very happy girl and great service. First time meeting Carla today. She's so lovely and so helpful! I had booked for one ear to be pierced (as I thought it had closed up) but Carla stretched it first to ensure she wasnt doing a piercing that wasnt necessary & lo & behold, she was able to re-open it without the need of another piercing. Clean practice, approachable friendly staff, everything was explained including aftercare and we were encouraged to return if any issues arose later on.
