Paws & Peace of Mind

Select services require a 20% deposit at time of booking. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time and receive a 100% refund of their deposit. 
Payment is due within 24 hours of the end of your visit. 
For bundled or multi day scheduling payment is due within 24 hours of final visit or weekly during recurring service. 
Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in an additional fee of $10 per day.
The "New Client Information" Form is required to be accurately completed at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled visit, or service can be terminated.

🚗 Travel Fee Policy

My goal is to keep services convenient and transparent while ensuring fair pricing for clients outside my standard service area (Eagle Landing / Oakleaf).
	•	No travel fee for visits within 20 minutes of my home (Eagle Crossing Dr. Orange Park)
	•	For locations beyond this, there is a $5 fee for every additional 10 minutes of driving (both ways considered).
	•	Travel fees apply per visit and will be clearly added to your booking total.

⭐️No travel fee applies to 2-hour drop-ins, 3-hour drop-ins, or 24-hour live-in care within a 40-minute drive.

📅 Meet & Greet Policy

Meet & greets are a complimentary service and are required for all first-time clients (with the exception of consult-only services or weekly poop pickup).
	•	After the first reschedule I require a $20 refundable deposit that can be applied to your first booked service.
	•	This ensures I can dedicate my time to serious clients while keeping my schedule open for all pets in my care.
