Policy & Terms

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, please review the following guidelines before booking:

Booking & Deposit
A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Payment Methods
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Tap-to-pay is also available. Full payments are not accepted through the booking app.

Location Details
Once your appointment is confirmed and your deposit is received, you will be sent the service address. Please refer only to the address provided in that message.

Appointment Preparation
Clients must arrive with clean hands and feet. Services are performed on bare nails only, as I do not work over existing enhancements.

Guest Policy
To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, additional guests are not permitted.

Late Arrivals
A $10 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes. Appointments exceeding 15 minutes late may be canceled or rescheduled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

No-Show Policy
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service and may be restricted from future bookings.

Sunday Availability
Sunday appointments are limited and may be accommodated for an additional $20 fee.
