	1.	Citas y puntualidad
	•	Se recomienda llegar 10 minutos antes de su cita para garantizar el mejor servicio.
	•	Después de 10 minutos de retraso, la cita puede ser cancelada. 

	2.	Depósitos y cancelaciones
	•	Para reservar se requiere un depósito no reembolsable.
	•	Si cancela su cita, el depósito no es reembolsable ni transferible.
	
	3.	Métodos de pago
	•	Aceptamos ATH Móvil, PayPal y efectivo y tarjetas logo visa. 

	4.	Garantía de servicio
	•	El trabajo de uñas tiene una garantía de 3 días por desprendimiento o levantamiento, aplicable únicamente si el cuidado fue el adecuado.

	5.	Condiciones de salud
	•	No se atenderán uñas con hongos, infecciones o condiciones que puedan comprometer la salud.

	6.	Respeto y ambiente
	•	Para la comodidad de todas, no se permiten acompañantes, ni niños (excepto casos necesarios y previamente acordados).
	•	Se espera un trato respetuoso entre clientes y personal.
