Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE!!!

‼️Remaining Balance MUST Be Paid In Cash‼️

Late Policy:
•  15 min late appointment is Cancelled
deposit will not be refunded
you will be charged a 65% Fee

Cancellation: 
•  Must be 48hrs before your scheduled appointment
•  Anything before 48hrs you will be charged a 65% service fee 
****no call no show= blocked****

Reschedules:
•  Reschedules have to be made before the 48 hour mark
•  Rescheduling within the 48hr mark you will be charged a 50% service fee 
•  1st reschedule before the 48hr you can use the same deposit
•  2nd time you have to pay a new deposit 
•  If you decide to reschedule it has to be within that same month, your deposit will not roll over to the next month UNLESS your appointment is on the last week of the month then you may use that same deposit for the next month

•  Any and all extra guests will have to wait in the waiting room outside of my suite
•  NO KIDS

Extra info:
•  When arrived feel free to wait inside in the waiting area outside of my suite until i am ready did you to come in
•  Acrylic and Gel X fills have to be booked within 3 weeks of your previous appt!!!
•  If a soak off is not booked and you need one please let me know a minimum of 4 days in advance or get your nails removed prior to your appt
•  If your remaining is not paid in cash then you will be charged an extra 10% UNLESS I personally tell you to not worry about cash for your appt
•  NO damaged, broken, or open wounded nails you will get turned down!
•  I will NOT work on top of other nails including soak offs, fills, etc
•  When booking with me you have to read and agree with my policies for it to submit your appointment request. If you dispute your deposit after you cancelled knowing you have agreed to those terms you will be AUTOMATICALLY BLOCKED with no exceptions. Please respect my business and policies

Hazel always gives perfect service!! I have been loyal to her for years now and I don't think I will ever move on unless I have to. My nails always last at least a month or more, designs are hand-done, and she knows how to make the environment feel comfortable.
