DURING CHRISTMAS 
- After 10 minutes of lateness your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your card will be charged. 
This is simply as I am so busy back to back with clients to fit everyone in. 

Lateness/No show - 
- After 5 minutes a late fee will occur. 
- Regulars- after 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled and a payment will be charged for the full remaining service. 
- New clients- after 10 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled and a payment will be charged for the full remaining service. 
- If you do not show up to your appointment the full payment will be charged. 


Your appointment -
- No new evening clients. 
- All payments are taken via card machine. 
- Please do not turn up with damaged nails. 
- I work on natural nails only , but I can do an extension if needed. 
- My bathroom is unavailable. 
- No plus ones
