**Policy and Terms for Malie Massage LLC**

By scheduling an appointment with Malie Massage LLC, clients agree to the following terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining appointment time, as the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Malie Massage LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior or violation of our policies. All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms. Truly the best massage I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, Hannah made me feel comfortable and at ease with her warm and welcoming personality. She listened closely to my concerns, and really focused on the areas that needed extra attention. I could tell she genuinely cared about helping me feel better. Hannah is magical! She knows exactly what your body needs, she applies the correct amount of pressure and checks in with you in case she needs to adjust. I cannot wait to return for my next massage.

Hannah gave me a wonderful hour long massage yesterday in the comfort of my home. I wanted a deep tissue massage to relieve the soreness in my back and other areas from working outside. She hit all the right spots and she can go as deep as you want. She was on time, professional and such a joy to work with. I'm feeling much less sore this morning and am planning to have her back.
