By booking an appointment with M Rose Nails & Beauty Bar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Deposits & Cancellations
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Your deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Due to the nature of our services and hygienic standards, all sales are final once a service has been rendered or a product has been purchased.

2. Rescheduling
• If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 48 hours in advance using the booking link provided. Your deposit will automatically transfer to your new appointment.
• Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.

3. Group Appointments
• When booking for two guests, please ensure that each guest is scheduled separately with their own service provider to avoid unnecessary wait times.
• For groups of three or more, please contact the salon directly so we can properly coordinate and accommodate your party.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. They ensure fairness to both our clients and service providers while allowing us to deliver the highest quality experience possible.

Marian at M Rose Nails & Beauty Bar really made my first experience getting my nails done in over a year incredible! She's extremely knowledgeable, patient, and detail oriented. I've never had someone take such time and care with my nails. Throughout the entire process she kept me informed of what she was doing and what products she was using which I loved. It was my first time at the salon last weekend and Mariam did such an amazing job on my nails. I came in with nails I was very unhappy with and Mariam fixed them for my engagement photos that were the next day. She was so kind, precise, and had amazing attention to detail. The salon was clean and I left very happy with my nails!

This was my first time at M Rose after jumping around plenty of salons in lancaster. Mackenzie did my hair, and I must say, I deeply appreciate the attention she put into what I wanted, and followed through with it. My hair has never felt AND looked better. I WILL be back!

Convenient because it’s close to me, but Kiera always does an excellent job and the shop is clean and beautifully decorated.

Have had my nails done by Kiara twice now and she slayed it both times. Can't stop staring at my nails. Not usually a nail girlie but the vibes and the quality work will probably keep me coming back for a while.  

I switched to Kiera a couple of months ago for manicures/pedicures and will never go anywhere else for my nails! She takes good care of your hands and nails. and is detail oriented. The salon uses great products and Kiera is a true nail artist! Def recommend if you are looking for someone passionate and talented!
