Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

MJ Fit is always a great work out along with healthy eating tips. He also gave me some great words of encouragement to stay focused in school as I start my high school freshman year.
