Luxe Looks By Hae

At Luxe Looks by Hae, I strive to create an intentional, peaceful experience for each guest. To respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 75% charge of the scheduled service total, and no-shows or same-day cancellations will also be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. Please arrive on time; if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a same-day cancellation, resulting in a 75% charge. Your card will be kept securely on file but will not be charged unless these policies are misused.

All payments are due at the end of your service, and I accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Your satisfaction is very important to me; if you have any concerns with your hair, please reach out within 7 days so I can make any necessary adjustments. To maintain a calm and focused environment, please do not bring extra guests or children unless they have an appointment. If you are feeling unwell, kindly contact me as soon as possible to reschedule, ensuring the salon remains a healthy space for all.

Hae took her time and did my hair exactly how i wanted! I love the color and the way she curled my hair. Will definitely be going back! 

We absolutely love the cut. It was my daughter‘s first haircut and she was so patient with her and the cut was absolutely stunning. The service is amazing.

Haelyn was wonderful with my girls. My daughter had cut her own hair and it was a disaster, but Haelyn fixed it and made her look so cute! She also colored and trimmed my hair and it turned out so beautiful! She is fantastic and I’m looking forward to going to her again!
