A booking fee is required to secure your appointment this will be non refundable or transferable. 
If you are more than 15mins late to your appointment it will be cancelled and you will be required to pay 50% of the treatment. 
Cancellations must be atleast 48hrs before your appointment failing this will require 50% of payment. 
Cancellations on the day or no shows will require full payment and your card will automatically be charged! Thankyou
