En LashTech.PR valoramos tu tiempo y el nuestro, por eso hemos establecido las siguientes políticas con el fin de mantener una experiencia profesional, segura y justa para todas nuestras clientas.

🔸 DEPÓSITOS
	•	Todos los depósitos son no reembolsables ni transferibles bajo ninguna circunstancia.
	•	Si necesitas cambiar tu cita con al menos 48 horas de anticipación, tu depósito será válido para reagendar dentro de los próximos 10 días. Pasado ese periodo, se requerirá un nuevo depósito.
	•	En caso de no-show o cancelación sin aviso previo, se aplicará una penalidad de $20 que deberá ser saldada antes de agendar una nueva cita.
	•	Los depósitos no se aplican como penalidades ni como créditos en otras citas.

🔸 GARANTÍA DE SERVICIO
	•	Las extensiones de pestañas tienen una garantía de 24 horas por caída excesiva o reacción alérgica.
	•	Se ofrecen instrucciones de cuidado detalladas y productos disponibles para el mantenimiento adecuado.
	•	La garantía queda anulada si las extensiones presentan residuos de máscara, maquillaje, pegamento de pestañas postizas, calor extremo o mal uso.

🔸 RETOQUES
	•	Los retoques se realizan entre 2 a 3 semanas (14–21 días), según el crecimiento natural de tus pestañas.
	•	En tu primer set se recomienda programar un retoque a las 2 semanas para evaluar el mantenimiento.
	•	Después de los 21 días, el servicio se considera Full Set.
	•	Para calificar como retoque, debes conservar al menos el 50% de tus extensiones por ojo. Si un ojo tiene significativamente menos pestañas, se aplicará un costo adicional.

🔸 PAGOS Y MÉTODOS ACEPTADOS
	•	Aceptamos efectivo (cash), ATH Móvil, Goldie, tarjetas de crédito y débito, y Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later).
	•	No se ofrecen reembolsos por depósitos, servicios, productos o educación bajo ninguna circunstancia.
	•	En caso de requerir una compensación monetaria o ajuste especial, esta se emitirá únicamente en forma de crédito interno para uso en el salón LashTech.PR, sin excepción.
	•	Toda transacción realizada, incluyendo pagos por Klarna u otras plataformas, está sujeta a estas mismas condiciones.

🔸 CONDUCTA Y SEGURIDAD
	•	Por motivos de seguridad y comodidad, no se permiten acompañantes durante el servicio.
Si necesitas venir acompañada, por favor notifícalo con anticipación.
	•	El salón es Pet Friendly únicamente para mascotas de servicio. En caso de traer una mascota de servicio, la persona propietaria será responsable de mantener el control y limpiar cualquier accidente que ocurra dentro del local.
	•	Si necesitas traer a tu hijo o hija, deberás hacerte responsable de su comportamiento y seguridad durante toda la cita. Cualquier daño o suciedad ocasionado por el menor deberá ser limpiado o cubierto económicamente por el padre, madre o acompañante responsable.
	•	En caso de no estar satisfecha con algún servicio, la clienta se compromete a no difamar, levantar falsas acusaciones ni publicar comentarios malintencionados en redes sociales o plataformas digitales.
En su lugar, deberá comunicarse directamente con la persona que brindó el servicio o con el salón LashTech.PR para encontrar una solución profesional y adecuada.
Cualquier intento de difamación o daño a la reputación del negocio será documentado y podrá conllevar acciones legales.
	•	Nos reservamos el derecho de admisión.
	•	Tu cita comienza y termina a la hora establecida; la puntualidad es esencial para garantizar la calidad de tu servicio.
