I’m Rita Rozicka — a passionate, artistically minded lash expert with a love for beauty that began in 2009. With over a decade of hands-on experience, I’ve had the honour of winning multiple industry awards, serving as a judge in international competitions, and sharing my expertise as an educator.

Policies

Booking Policy
Bookings requests are only accepted through the Goldie booking system.

Booking fee of 50% of the booked treatment is required to secure an appointment.

Clients are encouraged to book their appointments in advance to ensure availability.

Confirmation text message and e-mail will be sent to clients upon booking.
Please ensure all contact details are accurate to receive notifications from the booking system.

Cancellation Policy
I require a minimum of 36 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments, without incurring the loss of the 50% booking fee.

Cancellation or rescheduling of the booked appointment made less than  36 hours before the appointment will incur the loss of the 50% booking fee of the scheduled service cost.

Payment Policy
Preferred in-person payment method is cash.

All sales of the services and products are final. If there are any issues with the service received, please contact me within 48 hours for resolution.

Late Arrival Policy
I allow a 15 minutes grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes the treatment might need to be adjusted, After 30 minutes the appointment will automatically be cancelled and the booking fee will NOT be refunded.

Please let me know ASAP if you anticipate being late so I can try to accommodate you.

No-Show Policy
Clients who do not turn up to their appointment without notice will lose the booking fee of the scheduled service cost and may result in not being able to book again.

Guests Policy
No guests allowed.
