I’m Sone Porter, a Licensed Esthetician with a deep passion for helping people feel good in their skin. Whether you’re looking to treat stubborn skin concerns or simply take time for yourself, I offer personalized, results-driven treatments in a space designed to help you slow down and feel supported.

Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required.

	•	You may reschedule and transfer your deposit if done at least 24 hours in advance using the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email.
	•	If you cancel without rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited.
	•	No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will also result in the loss of your deposit.
	•	A new deposit will be required to book again.

Lateness Policy

Out of respect for all clients and to stay on schedule, please arrive on time.

	•	If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled automatically.
	•	In this case, 50% of the service fee will be charged or your deposit will be forfeited.

This policy helps ensure that every client receives the full attention and care they deserve. Please plan ahead and allow extra time for traffic or parking.

Sone was great.  It’s my first time and the experience was calming and relaxing.  It didn’t actually feel like it was my first time.   She provides really great skincare tips and advice.  Very responsive and i love how she follows up even after the appointment.

I had my first facial with Lenox & Stone a few days ago and my skin feels amazing! The hospitality was great and Sone was very welcoming! I had a stressful day.  I had no sitter and brought my daughter with me but Sone made us both feel welcomed! I immediately felt stress relief and totally relaxed throughout out my experience.
