In-Person Personal Training  This service is designed for those who want personalised coaching, accountability and a structured training plan inside and outside the gym.  You choose how many in-person sessions per week you’d like to train with me. Alongside our sessions, you’ll receive full access to your complete training programme through my app, so you can train confidently on the days you’re on your own.  What’s included:  Fully personalised training programme  Exercise demonstration videos  Progress tracking (weights, physique and photos)  Gym access included on session days (no extra cost)  📍Location: Rialto. Near Fatima LUAS stop.

All Personal Training sessions are sold as packages and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Each package includes:
* In-person Personal Training sessions
* Gym access during sessions
* Full personalised training plan via my app


A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from the package.


The total amount shown at checkout is the final price.
No additional charges or fees will be applied.

Packages are non-refundable after 24h payment.
