By booking an appointment with Kylie’s LashBar LLC, you agree to our policy that all new clients must fill out a consent form before booking. 
Foreign refill clients must complete an agreement form before scheduling.
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time without penalty.
Cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours will incur a fee of $25. 
We do touch-ups with no charge the first 48 hrs from appointment day.
