However, if the top coat had been applied, and you decided it is not to your liking, AN ADDITIONAL charge will be applied for a polish change. Safety 
I can not serve those whom I feel may have a contagious nail condition, open wounds, or any illness that may potentially cause harm to myself and others. Our diabetic clients should inform their technician so they may receive the specialized services needed to keep them safe. It is your responsibility as the client to inform me of any allergies to products, chemicals and substances.  This is a private suite please no extra people or children at your appointment space is limited.
 
Hygiene
I do not take sanitation lightly. I use EPA certified cleaning and disinfecting products. In addition, our pedicure tubs are always cleaned and thoroughly disinfected before and after each client. Furthermore, our tools are all sterilized after each use to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all  clients at all times.

 Guarantee
Please remember your nails are JEWELS NOT TOOLS. I offer a 3-day guarantee for all my nail services. Breaking, chipping, lifting, & peeling are rare but may occur in unique circumstances. If this is the case, please make an appointment to return to our salon & allow us to make it right, without any additional charge. Rhinestone designs are known to be delicate & should be carefully handled in order to avoid breakage. Regular polish is not guaranteed. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Late Policy
I know life is busy & things happen unexpectedly, which is why I allow a 15-minute window for latecomers before I'm forced to reschedule you, in order to keep my next client on schedule. I do require a deposit which is 15% of the service price, if you no call no show or reschedule more than twice you will be required to pay a non-refundable $25 deposit Before you can book again which does not count toward service in the event you don’t keep the appointment.

Pricing & Payment
Price of service and other charges are displayed on the website next to each service, please know before you confirm the appointment. I accept cash, cash app and all major credit cards through the booking website. There will be a 3% processing fee with all card payments.
