Hi! I’m Kasi, and I’ve been coaching gymnastics for over 15 years. I truly believe every athlete has the ability to do big things — they just need the confidence to believe in themselves.

My passion is helping each child find that spark of self-belief, celebrate progress, and shine while learning to do hard things. I focus on creating a positive, supportive environment where kids can feel proud, strong, and excited to grow.

Whether it’s building new skills, improving technique, or simply finding joy in movement, my goal is to help every athlete leave with a smile and a little more confidence than when they came in.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

We understand things come up! However, due to limited lesson availability, any cancellations made less than 6 hours before your scheduled time or no-shows will be charged in full.
If you need to reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation text or message us directly at least 6 hours in advance to move your appointment without penalty.

Refund & Payment Policy

Payment:
All lesson fees are due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the athlete listed on the account.

Refunds:
Refunds are not offered for missed, canceled, or unused lessons. However, if you need to reschedule and provide at least 6 hours’ notice, your payment will be applied to your new appointment.

Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time — lessons will end at the scheduled time to stay on track for other clients.

Kasi is so sweet and professional. My daughter who has never tumbled before was so excited to come back. We highly recommend her!

My daughter has been interested in gymnastics for a while but was nervous about joining a class with a large group of kids. We found Kasi, and we are so glad we did. She had her first lesson today and absolutely loved it! Kasi was incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging, which made my daughter feel comfortable right away. Before we even left the building, my daughter was already asking when she could come back. We couldn’t be happier with our experience so far.

Kasi is fabulous!  She is so patient, lots of fun, and super encouraging as our girl progresses.  Beautiful set-up.

This is the 2nd time we've attended Kasi's private lesson and gymnastics events studio and it was the same vibes as the first time; GREAT! She greets the whole family and makes sure the little who is there bc he has to be has something to do to pass time. You can tell she truly cares about the whole picture and not just making a buck. Even after class is finished she doesnt make us feel pushed/rushed to leave. Also we're coming from NW OKC so that should  say something in itself!

We were looking for private lessons for my daughter while we were in Norman visiting family. Kasi was so accommodating and responsive throughout the whole process. My daughter was able to continue her training even while on vacation. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!!

Kasi is a great coach and my daughter loves her time with her. Her new studio is perfect for one on one coaching.
