By booking with Karla Delarosa at Nine18, you agree to the following policies:

All online bookings are APPOINTMENT REQUESTS and are not confirmed until it has been reviewed and approved. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation.  Confirmation is sent by e-mail, so please check your inbox and spam/junk folder after submitting your request.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and will be applied toward your service total. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 HOURS’ NOTICE so your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, as well as SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS, will result in the loss of your deposit. A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO REBOOK another appointment.

Please arrive on time. A 10-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD is allowed. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or canceled depending on the service and schedule that day. If the appointment cannot be accommodated due to late arrival, the DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED and a new deposit will be required to book.

Certain services may have additional preparation, eligibility, or aftercare requirements. These instructions will be provided separately when applicable.

If you have PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP in the area you are requesting to have serviced, a clear, current photo MUST be submitted for approval BEFORE BOOKING. Previous work may affect whether you are a candidate for the requested service, and an appointment may be declined or require removal or correction before new work can be performed.

Karla reserved the right to decline, cancel, or reschedule an appointment when necessary. If Karla needs to make a change to your confirmed appointment, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

***IMPORTANT PMU MAINTENANCE POLICY
PMU maintenance is performed based on BOTH the amount of time that has passed and the condition of the existing pigment.

TIME DETERMINES THE PRICING CATEGORY. CONDITION DETERMINES WHETHER THE SERVICE SHOULD BE PERFORMED.

Maintenance is recommended only when enough fading has occurred to safely add additional pigment. Some clients may be ready for maintenance sooner than others, while others may retain pigment beautifully for several years.

If you requests a maintenance appointment and your existing permanent makeup is still sufficiently saturated, you may be advised to wait.

If you are advised to wait and return at a later date, pricing will be based on the amount of time that has elapsed since your LAST COMPLETED PMU SESSION at the time the service is actually performed.

Standard maintenance pricing applies ONLY to existing Karla Delarosa PMU clients.

Permanent makeup previously performed by another artist is considered PREVIOUS WORK and requires photo approval before booking. Previous work will require new session or corrective pricing. It may require removal before starting new sessions.

Heavily saturated, discolored, uneven, or otherwise unsuitable existing pigment may be declined for additional tattooing until adequate fading or removal has occurred.
