Bookings Fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment your booking fee may be transferred only once. Any Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

Cancellations within 48 hours for Dermal Filler and Botulinum Toxin will mean 50% of treatment cost is to be paid, as your prescription will have been ordered and paid for at this point. 

Failure to attend your appointment will result in the full appointment costs.

I saw Kellie today for a free consultation. I chose Kellie because she is a registered nurse.  She was extremely knowledgeable and fully explained what she recommended. She took her time to explain my options and was happy to answer my questions.  She put my mind at rest and I no longer have any anxieties about the procedures.  Kellie will not do any procedures at the time of consultation as she wants you to have a cooling down period which clearly demonstrates her professionalism.  Very happy!
