Welcome to KS Nails & Brow Bar, where your beauty and safety are our top priorities. We are committed to delivering exceptional services in a luxurious and relaxing environment. To ensure a seamless and professional experience, please review our policies and terms carefully.

General Policies
At KS Nails & Brow Bar, we are committed to providing high-quality nail and brow services tailored to meet your unique needs. Our skilled professionals use advanced techniques and premium products to achieve outstanding results. To ensure you enjoy your appointment, please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability.

For the comfort and safety of all our clients, we kindly ask that children and additional guests do not accompany you unless they also have an appointment.

Patch Test Policy
Patch tests are required to ensure the safety and compatibility of our products with your skin. These are mandatory for certain treatments, including brow lamination, lash lifts, and tinting services. Patch tests must be completed 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and are provided free of charge.

Patch tests are required for all new clients and for returning clients who have not visited us in the past six months. Patch tests conducted at other salons or tests older than six months are not accepted. If you have previously had a patch test done at another salon, a signed consent form is required as a mandatory condition before your appointment.

Failure to complete the patch test or submit the required consent form will result in your appointment being cancelled. This will be treated as a same-day cancellation and will be subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Missed appointments without any notice ("no-shows") will be charged the full cost of the service.

If you arrive for your appointment without completing the mandatory patch test or consent form, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply.

Non-Refund Policy & Complimentary Redo Service
At KS Nails & Brow Bar, we strive to deliver the highest quality of service to ensure client satisfaction. Once a treatment is completed, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy for all services rendered.

However, if you believe that a service did not meet your expectations or there was an issue with the quality of the treatment, we are committed to providing a Complimentary Redo Service to address your concerns and rectify the outcome. The redo service must be availed within 7 days of the original appointment date and is subject to management approval.

This policy ensures that we can maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional results while safeguarding the integrity of our services.

Consent Forms
For wax treatments, a consent form must be signed before the service. This form can be completed online during the booking process or in person upon arrival. If you experience any issues signing the form, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can assist you.

If a patch test has been conducted at another salon, a consent form must also be signed before your appointment. This is a mandatory requirement to acknowledge and confirm that KS Nails & Brow Bar is not responsible for patch tests done outside our salon.

For clients under the age of 16, parental or guardian consent is mandatory for treatments such as waxing, threading, and gel polish. A consent form must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to the appointment. The parent/guardian may be required to remain present during the treatment for supervision and additional support.

Certain treatments, including those requiring a patch test, may also require additional consent forms. It is important to review and complete all necessary forms in advance to avoid any disruptions to your appointment.

Health and Safety
Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. Please disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. While we take every precaution, KS Nails & Brow Bar cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to products used during your treatment.
