K&L Head Spa Clinic – Booking & Payment Policy

Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of £30 is required for all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until this fee has been paid. The remainder balance must be paid on the day of your appointment.  

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged the full treatment amount. 

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointments without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment are not permitted and will be treated as a no-show.

Failure to pay this amount will result in you not being able to make a booking with K&L Head Spa Clinic.

Rescheduling
To reschedule your appointment, you must pay the full amount of the treatment in advance.

Late Arrivals
We allow a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your booking fee will be forfeited.
K&L Head Spa Clinic is not liable for missed appointments due to lateness.

Clothing Attire
Please wear comfortable clothing, ideally items that do not cover the neck and shoulders if you are booked for a neck and shoulder treatment. 

Bulky clothing such as jumpers or hoodies may affect your comfort and the effectiveness of the massage on our head spa bed.

Consultation Requirement
A consultation form must be completed before booking any treatment.
If you fail to complete the consultation and we are unable to proceed with your treatment, K&L Head Spa Clinic will not be held liable, and the booking fee will not be refunded.

Age Policy
Clients must be 18 years or older to book a treatment.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment.

Guests & Children
Clients must attend their appointment alone or with the person they booked with.
Due to insurance restrictions, children are not permitted on the premises.

Shared Treatment Space
Please note that treatments may occur in a shared space with another client.
If you prefer a private experience, private head spa sessions are available on Sundays and Mondays only.

Wow, I've just had such an incredible, relaxing time at K&L Head Spa Clinic! Kelsey was so knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly before hand. Visited this  fabulous spa yesterday. The spa is beautiful and is spotless. The staff are very warm  and professional. Had the dual harmony head spa treatment  which was so  was so relaxing I fell asleep at one point.  Then enjoyed a lovely cream tea. The whole experance was amazing floated out the salon so relaxed and rejuvenated. Still feeling totally chilled today

Absolutely amazing experience for my first time having a head spa. Kelsey & Lucy are very attentive and thorough in regards to catering your treatment to your needs. They exceeded my expectations. Pure Relaxation in Every Touch

The head spa was an unexpectedly luxurious experience. From the soothing scalp massage to the gentle cleansing and warm water treatment, every step was designed to melt away stress. My mind felt clear, my scalp refreshed, and my hair softer than ever. It’s more than just a treatment and it’s therapy for the soul. I’ll definitely be back.

The spa is beautiful and Kelsey and Lucy really do go the extra mile to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
I'm looking forward to trying the twilight experience and the afternoon tea experience.
The scalp analysis is 'quite something' and the cuppa and biscuits add the final touch. Highly recommend K&L Head Spa.

I can't rate K&L highly enough.I knew I had a problem with my scalp and they were able to put me at ease  by explaining it all , showing me what had happened and then recommend a suitable treatment .I had the most amazing head Spa and the included bed massage was fantastic.The included mini facial was so relaxing.It was so relaxing .The whole experience was fab from start to finish....I love how my scalp and hair feels and I am excited to use my new products before I visit again in August .

I booked the dual harmony package as a surprise for my sisters birthday and Lucy and Kelsey made it so special!
The salon is absolutely stunning and the treatments were out of this world, Lucy and Kelsey put up birthday banners and gave my sister a little birthday gift which was such a lovely touch.

The Luxury Head Spa Treatment was definitely what it says in the name “Luxury”. I’ve never felt so relaxed and looked after and definitely a worthwhile treat. 

I recently visited K&L Headspa for a digital scalp analysis & treatment session. The girls were so welcoming & friendly & I instantly felt at ease. The whole experience was the most enjoyable, relaxing 90 minutes! I cannot thank Lucy & Kelsey enough for their kindness & attentiveness. I will definitely be visiting again, & cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Birthday treat bought for me with a voucher. Absolutely loved it. The girls were very professional and explained what was happening every step. Their products used on my fine damaged hair was what I was worried unnecessarily about because it was so rich & creamy. Visited K&L Head spa today for a scalp treatment session.
Kelsey welcomed me on arrival, and guided me through the treatment process.
I then underwent a scalp analysis using the digital scalp analyser. This was fascinating to watch. Kelsey educated me on her findings and was able to advise me on hair and scalp management at home. 

The treatment was relaxing and soothing . A totally immersive experience. I then had a wonderful blow dry with the talented Lucy.

I can’t tell you how long I’ve wanted to experience this head spa experience I’ve been hearing about and the wait was most definitely worthwhile! We felt relaxed the second we stepped into the spa and that feeling still hasn’t left me hours later.
