~ If you ARE A NEW CLIENT PLEASE BOOK  consultation 20min before your appointment time. It’s a free service for me to evaluate your hair and get to know you as a client . It’s an ADD-ON SERVICE and it’s free
~10min or more late will result in you needing to reschedule in which you will have to pay another deposit. 
-cancellation must be at least 5hours before appt or you will need to cancel and  rebook in which you will be charged another deposit for another spot. 
-ALL appts need to be booked online ONLY, I DO NOT BOOK APPTS FOR CLIENTS 
-NO CALL NO SHOW WILL RESULT  in you paying for service in full next time you book 
-If you are satisfied with your service before you leave appt, then nothing will be fixed after you leave
-If you are bringing your own hair, it needs to be brought to me 24hrs before appt so  I can make sure it’s ready for appt . If you don’t bring it 24hrs before appt I will cancel appt
-All children must be accompanied by parents at the time of their appts and THROUGHOUT APPT!
-ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AT ALL!!!!!
-DO NOT BRING EXTRA PPL TO APPT WITHOUT GETTING IT APPROVED FIRST.  I WILL TURN YOU AROUND. 
-ABSOLUTELY No smoking cigarettes,vapes or weed
-Only hair included in service is Braiding hair/ Give me hair color you want for appt or by default you get black.
-All clients must fill out forms with health/personal info prior to service or appointment will be cancelled. 
-Payment methods are cash or card. NO CASHAPP, ZELLE, PAYPAL. IF YOU PAY WITH CARD THERE IS 1.99% charge. ALSO ALL PAYMENTS INCLUDE TAX AND ITS BASED ON THE STATE LIVE IN. 
-NO SAME DAY APPT
-DEPOSIT ISNT PART OF COST OF APPT COST. DEPOSIT IS  ONLY TO HOLD SPOT. The only way to avoid paying deposit is paying for service in full at time of booking. 
-There are options to book outside of regular business hours however there is a 50% charge added to service to do that
-THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO SHOES WORN IN SALON/SPA SO YOU CAN BRING SLIPPERS OR BUY SOME SLIPPERS FROM THE SALON FOR $2, SOCKS FOR $1 or PLASTIC SHOE COVERING FOR .50.

Tae is very professional. The shop is not full with people. Although She takes her time, she still manages to get me in and out. She does not talk on the phone, eat, drink nor smoke. She focuses on you and your hair.
I have very thin/fine hair and Tae braids it without hurting. She does the styles just as I ask for.
