Hi, I’m Jodie, the owner of Indigo Rose Body, Soul and Skin.

I specialise in bespoke luxury facials and deeply restorative massage, with every treatment designed to support both your skin and your nervous system. My approach is intuitive, holistic, and tailored — no rushed appointments, no one-size-fits-all routines.

Please find below some helpful information.

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If it is your first time here I will come downstairs to meet you. If you arrive early for your appointment you are welcome to wait in any of the seats you will find dotted around the corridors. 

Feel free to arrive for your massage or facial with unwashed, brushed hair (it may get messy and oily)

Please remove any make up before your microneedling or facial appointment.

Stop using and actives, eg glycolic acid, retinol for a week prior to you microneedling appointment.

Arrive wearing something comfortable and remove jewelery where necessaty. For Reflexology please wear loose trousers so I can reach half way up your calves or feel free to remove your bottoms if that is more comfortable for you.

Turn your phone on silent for you own peace 

Please check your email for a consultation form. This needs to be completed before your appointment. For Reflexology appointments we will fill in the consultation form on the day.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment link for a 50% deposit. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be retained.

The remaining amount to be paid by cash or bank transfer on the day, or if you prefer you can pay on the Goldie app before you arrive.

After your session, I encourage you to be kind to yourself and take it easy. Your body and nervous system may be integrating shifts, so give yourself space to rest, reflect, and just enjoy a gentle, calm day.

I am based within Glow Beauty Academy on 22 Lime Street in Bedford town centre. My room is on the 2nd floor, if this is your first time visiting I will come downstairs to greet you. If you are early there is a waiting area on the first floor, you will see 2 chairs on the landing to your right. You are welcome to wait there for me. 

Parking

Queen Street car park is a 7 minute walk and its free for 2 hours then 60p an hour after that.

The Broadway car park is a few minutes walk and about a pound an hour.

Lurke street is a few mins walk away and £2.40 for 2 hours. It also charges an overnight fee once it gets to 6pm so watch out for that if you come in the evening.
