We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to change or cancel your appointment. However, in order to ensure that all clients are treated fairly and to minimize disruption to our schedule, we have implemented the following policy: 

**Rescheduling or Cancellations within 48 Hours**
 Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled **within 48 hours of the scheduled time** will incur a **100% fee** of the treatment cost.

 Regretfully, we only allow 15min late arrival for your appointment, if you late more than 15min the 100% fee should be paid as appointment have to be rescheduled. 

Deposits are required for all aesthetics procedures and any new clients. 

**No Exceptions** 
This policy applies regardless of the reason for rescheduling or cancellation, so we kindly ask that you carefully plan your appointments to avoid any unnecessary charges.
