By booking an appointment with HOUSE OF BEAUTY, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. Clients arriving late may receive a reduced service time, and those arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment. HOUSE OF BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion. All personal information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for appointment purposes. Clients consent to the use of photographs taken during services for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated. These terms are subject to change, and it is the client's responsibility to stay informed. By booking, clients accept these terms in full.
