Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellation after will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. 

Clients that no show will be charged a $35 fee. 

Clients more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled and charged a $35 fee. 

Sara is THE BEST, both as a person and as a groomer.  She truly cares for her customers and their fur babies!  Today as I was headed up pick up my Dachshund it started to rain.  She texted and told me to stay in my truck and she would bring him out to me under an umbrella!!!!!  You cannot beat that!  If you are looking for an amazing, affordable groomer, Sara is your girl!  I am so glad she was recommended to me.  

Sara is great with our difficult dog and he always comes home looking like a champion.

I took my Australian Shepherd, Ranger, in for grooming and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Sara was so kind and patient with him, and really took the time to make sure he was comfortable. Aussies have thick coats, and she did an amazing job de-shedding and trimming him up while keeping his natural look. He came out looking clean, fluffy, and smelling amazing! You can tell she truly care about the dogs she works with. We’ll definitely be back!

I cannot recommend Sara enough. Her compassion for animals, attention to detail, and kind personality are second to none. Very thankful to have found her and that’s where all my fur-babies go! Would give 10 stars if I could. Go see Sara!💙

I take my elderly dog to get groomed here and Sarah is great with her. My dog is not scared of her and doesn't shake when she gets groomed unless she is cold. I will take her to Sarah every time.

Sara always  a great job!  Moreover, she really cares about the health and wellbeing of every dog under her care. I highly recommend her.

Sara has been grooming my Yorkiepoo since we moved to the area over 2 years ago. She always does such a good job! I cannot recommend Shampooch enough!
