You have the right to rearrange your booking at any time up to 72 hours prior to your hire date. Any cancellations or rearrangements made within 72 hours of the date you have booked will require a full payment. Failure to do so will result in refusal at next booking.

Great service today from Grey's Horsebox hire. Paperwork shared in advance. 24 year old Renault box, which was clean and serviceable. Fantastic for a local trip. Will definitely use again.

Hired the box for yard move, really polite and friendly service,  great communication and no problem when I messaged and asked for an extension on the hire.  Definitely recommend  and will use again

Super easy to book and view availability from Facebook 👍 Molly always available with any questions and got back to me quickly! Easy , friendly collection and drop off. The box is in great condition, I hate driving boxes but actually felt ok driving this ☺️  Loved the rear camera. It has everything we needed including water, brush, shovel, phone/sat nav holder. Will be using again soon. Thank you ☺️
