Being fairly new to a bikini wax I was a little nervous, but Lou put me very at ease! She is warm and friendly and takes your mind off what is happening as best she can. She is very efficient meaning you’re not there for longer than necessary and is very respectful and makes me feel comfortable! The massages are amazing too!

I booked a massage for my partner and I for his birthday.

Lou made us feel so welcome, so comfortable and prepared a wonderful surprise for my partner for his birthday. We left there feeling truly pampered after our bespoke massages and sauna. The atmosphere and words of affirmation positively lifted our spirits.

Yesterday afternoon, I booked myself in for the sauna, a hollywood wax and a swedish massage. The best experience ever. I felt so relaxed from start to finish. Lou the therapist is very lovely and she makes sure you feel good and well relaxed. I have been going to the salon since Feb 2025 and I would recommend everyone to visit.  

Going for a massage with Lou is always the highlight of my month! She's attentive and passionate about her job!

Great experience from start to finish ! The ambience is fantastic, chilled, very welcoming atmosphere. The infra red sauna hit the spot and loosened up those tense muscles leaving me feeling relaxed and fresh.

This is my first visit to Golden Image and It was worth it. The location is good and easy to get to. It is also across the road to the park so when you leave, and you see nature it heightened my  sense of wellbeing.
