Glow XO is committed to providing a luxury, reliable experience for every client. Due to high demand, updated booking policies are now in place to protect appointment availability, travel scheduling, and studio time.

✧ CARD ON FILE REQUIRED
A valid card must be kept on file in order to pre-book or reserve any appointment.

✧ CANCELLATION + NO SHOW POLICY
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in an automatic 25% cancellation fee based on the service total.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in an automatic 50% cancellation fee based on the service total.
• No-shows may result in being charged up to 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings.

✧ MOBILE SPRAY TAN POLICY
Due to high in-studio volume, mobile appointments are now request only and are not guaranteed.

• Mobile appointments must be requested at least 15 days in advance
• Availability is limited and based on schedule, location, and studio demand
• Travel fees still apply

✧ MOBILE APPOINTMENT TIME SLOTS
To accommodate traffic, setup, and back-to-back bookings, mobile appointments are scheduled in 30-minute arrival windows rather than exact arrival times.

Example:
If your appointment is booked for 4:00 PM, arrival may occur anytime between 4:00–4:30 PM.

• Please arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotion, oils, deodorant, or makeup
• Loose, dark clothing is recommended after your appointment
• Shower timing + aftercare instructions will be provided during your visit
• Glow XO uses luxury, custom color-matched solutions designed to avoid orange tones and create a flawless natural glow
