- Strictly over 16’s only. Please do not book an appointment if you are under 16 as your card with be charged and you will be refused when you come for appointment. 

-Cash Only. Deposit will be taken by card but please bring remainder amount due in cash to your appointment. I do not use Revolut. There are 4 ATM’s in the town so please allow enough time to take cash out before your appointment time.

- Your booking day/time must be confirmed by myself after your request. Please wait until you get confirmation. 

- I work back to back with clients so please arrive at your SCHEDULED TIME. No more than 5 minutes early or late. 

- Please allow enough time for parking.  There is street parking which is free for 2 hours, or a large carpark in supervalue.

- Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before appointment time without deposit being affected. Anything after that, your card will be automatically charged for your appointment and deposit is non-refundable regardless of rescheduling. 

- No Shows require full payment of Appointment. This will be automatically taken from your card.

- Please come to appointment with clean lashes/brows (no mascara/product/glue/makeup around eyes). Any time spent cleaning lashes/brows will come off your appointment time and may result in lack of fullness desired. 

- Please read & follow aftercare instructions. They are highlighted on my instagram page. 

- If none of the times available on the booking system suit, please message my instagram and I will see what I can do.
