based on the information you provide during your consultation. I do not diagnose medical conditions or offer treatments outside my professional
scope as a registered dietitian. I adhere to the professional and ethical standards in line with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Cyprus Registration and Standards Board for Food and Dietetics (CyRSBFD), and I conduct my practice in accordance with their
respective code of conduct and Standards of Proficiency for Dietitians.
All advice is intended solely for you and must not be distributed, copied, or applied to others. Any decisions regarding supplements, medications, or significant dietary changes should be communicated to your GP or specialist. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be
charged the deposit fee. If you are running late, please inform me as soon as possible. Sessions cannot be extended beyond the allocated time.

All personal and health information shared during your consultation is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is handled in compliance with GDPR regulations. No information will be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent. Limits to Confidentiality:
Confidentiality may be breached where there is a reasonable concern that you are at risk of serious harm to yourself or others, including suicidal ideation. In such circumstances, and in accordance with applicable UK and Cyprus law, professional ethical obligations, and safeguarding requirements, relevant information may be disclosed without your consent
where necessary to protect your safety or the safety of others.
Any disclosure will be restricted to the minimum necessary and may be made to appropriate parties, including your General Practitioner, relevant healthcare professionals, emergency services, or statutory safeguarding authorities. Wherever practicable, you will be informed of such disclosure.
