By booking an appointment with EveZ T.L.C. LLC, you agree to the following terms: A $60 Retainer Fee is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due in exact cash upon completion of services. The retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event that the stylist cancels. There will be a processing fee of 3.6% + $0.30 for ALL credit card payments. Late arrivals beyond a 15-minute grace period will incur a $25 charge, with appointments cancelled for excessive lateness requiring a new fee to rebook. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid a 1/2 charge of the service total, while no-shows will forfeit the retainer fee and incur a 1/2 charge. Accommodations can be made for emergencies. All styles may be photographed or recorded for advertising, with front face images kept private for client confidentiality.
