From the South- driving north on Florida Ave, see KFC, then RITA staffing, you will make a right turn immediately following the RITA sign, follow the drive to parking on the RIGHT for building 5120. 

From the North- driving south on Florida Ave, at the light of Lake Miriam Dr, turn Left and immediately get to the right and turn right into the back CVS parking lot. Continue straight behind the buildings until you can’t, then navigate through S curved lot around to the south side of 5120 until parking is on the LEFT.

Entrance is between a small carport and two blue awnings.

Go straight to get to a hall on the right, slight left at the end of the hallway and the door to Suite 329 is straight ahead.

The door will say ‘Customized Therapeutics’.

Come on in even if the door is closed!

Erin is the best! She works great with working on schedules. Gives great advice for stuff to do in between visits. She is amazing!

Erin does amazing work. Erin did Ombre Eyebrows for me and the look amazing. I am an older woman and was filling in my eyebrows with pencil. I no longer have to do this. Erin took her time and my eyebrows look amaing. I highly recommend Erin.
