Bookings are confirmed on approval. We require a card on file at the time of booking the initial cleaning appointment, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show. All first time clients will need to schedule an initial deep clean and then subsequent cleaning will be at the rate of rooms and frequency. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. 

Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. 

No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.
