Payment Policy – Mobile Mechanic Services
Payment is due immediately upon completion of all services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
🔧 No Payment = Legal Action Failure to pay may result in a mechanic’s lien being placed on your vehicle and/or legal action to recover the debt, including court costs and fees.
⏳ 10-Day Grace Period If payment is not received within 10 business days, we may begin lien or abandonment procedures as allowed by law.

📅 1. Booking Policy
* Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, text, or online.
* A non-refundable deposit of $____ may be required to confirm your appointment. This will be credited toward the final invoice.
* Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $____.
* The customer must provide safe, legal access to the vehicle. Unsafe or inaccessible locations may result in service refusal and a $____ service call fee.

🛠️ 2. Service Rendered Policy
* All services are performed based on your request and pre-approved estimate. Additional work will not begin without your consent.
* The mechanic may uncover other issues during the inspection. If you decline recommended repairs, you release the mechanic from liability related to those issues.
* Test driving or running the vehicle may be required to verify repair success.
* Labor charges are non-refundable once work begins.
* You agree that service charges apply regardless of repair outcome when diagnostics are incomplete or declined.

Bianca is amazing.  She really goes above and beyond for her clients.  She does not stop until the job is finished.  Her work is great and I will always recommend her services.

Bianca was extremely professional and friendly she definitely knew her job but I limited her ability to do that because I didn't think I had the money to pay for a diagnostic ladies gentlemen you need a diagnostic or you have Miss Bianca working on the wrong thing as I did but to be the wrong thing she did a very well and it was not her fault it was mine all together so I will be calling Miss Bianca again thank you
