PAYMENT POLICY AND AGREEMENT FORM:
 By paying on booking the FULL AMOUNT I agree to these terms:
1-No Payment  NO booking
2-Must give 24-hour CANCELLATION NOTICE  to get a credit. MUST rchedule on cancellation. 
3-THERE IS A NO REFUNDED POLICY
4-Booking will not be made without proof of payment being paid. This payment locks in your session time.
5-PAYMENT MUST BE PAID ONLY WHEN APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN  ACCEPT.
6-There is a surcharge of 1.7%+0.30cents
7- If under 18 must have parent consent
8- All paperwork must be filled out before training.

The most comfortable and encouraging environment for a workout. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoy our workout sessions with Carmel. Also a fantastic range of supplements in stock. 

Loved my PT session with Carmel. She was very supportive, professional and got me working hard. She also catered for my personal/family life to help make sure I could get the session done. Looking forward to next week.
