Honestly, the best gal to do your brows. She’s precise, knowledgable about her products, really takes time to get it to a T what you want. Offers advice on shapes, shades etc. I wouldn’t go elsewhere. Being a red head my brows were practically invisible, I’m so glad I trusted Chels to do them, she really gave them the definition & perfect shade. Thank you!
